Established in 2000, Cross Culture Consulting Inc. (CCCI) is a Richmond-based company that provides international trade, project management, taxation, immigration, and education consulting services to clients in Mainland China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, South East Asian countries, the United States, and Canada.

CCCI takes advantage of its marketing and strategic planning expertise, as well as its business connections in major Chinese cities such as Beijing, Dalian, Guangzhou, Harbin, Shanghai, Shenyang, Shenzhen and Tianjin to help its North American clients enter the Chinese market through low risk and cost effective channels.

The company is also dedicated to promoting the Chinese culture and language in Canada. It is the recruitment agent for the prominent Beijing Language and Culture University (BLCU) and Jinan University. BLCU provides practical training programs as well as accredited degree programs of Chinese language to international students on the internet (www.eblcu.net). CCCI can also arrange Chinese Summer Camp for Canadian students, and Chinese Business, Sightseeing and Language Tour to major Chinese cities for Canadian businessmen and managers.

Its other consulting services include tax planning, retirement planning, estate planning, and tax return preparation for Canadian individuals and corporate clients. In the past, CCCI has successfully hosted some special events for publicity purpose. Every time more than three hundred guests, including some community leaders, attended these special dancing dinner parties.
